We are looking for:
Consummate professionals to join our team of motivated, ambitious mortgage advisors to provide our clients the best possible advice on mortgages, independently and individually.
You guide your clients through the entire mortgage process, from identifying individual financing solutions to successful placement with one of our partner banks. We provide tools for customers, and advisors, and you use those tools and your insights to guide your customers through the entire process; from explaining the choice of renting versus buying to showing clients their affordability, to choosing the best mortgage based on the customers situation, to successful placement with one of our hundreds of partner banks
You will be the key contact person for your clients. You will advise them individually and with a high degree of independence on the subject of real estate financing.
You will be directly responsible for your customers.

What you should bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in providing mortgage advice with a proven track record of success. We will also consider those who completed an economics or finance degree followed by a successful experience in the distribution of financial products or the retail banking sector.
- An unrelenting proactive focus on the customer. You should find pleasure in a happy customer that has gained many new insights and feels empowered to make important decisions on their financial future.
- A desire to deliver high quality advice, based on a good sense for numbers and financial solutions. Mortgages are one of the most important financial decisions our customers make, and we want to serve them the best we can.
- Communication skills, notably the ability to understand the customer, make them feel at ease, and convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- High ethical standards. The customers interest comes first. We do not want any dubious sales practices such as pushing customers in high commission products.
- Affinity for digital products and media: Our customers use online tools to provide information, get educated and find us.
- Sound working knowledge of German and English (both spoken and written)
- Desire to work in a modern and dynamic work environment with a steep learning curve, with the opportunity to contribute to the development of the tools. We welcome insights and improvements in our practices.
