We are seeking a proactive multitalented Operations & Human Resource Manager. As a young company that is moving into much larger offices and in need of many more co-workers, we need the support of a pleasant, talented and driven person. You will help our environment Buzz. That means for example renting out surplus office space, keeping the office supplied with the necessary goodies, and in particular organizing recruitment. We will also need to organize internal and external training programs that you would be in charge of.
What you should bring:
- A proactive can do attitude, a self starter, who knows how to tap into talents and skills of others, and is quick to use basic technology
- 1-2 years proven track record of relevant experience
- An open pleasant approach to work.
- Good communication skills with our diverse set of employees (from engineers to client facing advisors)
- High level of commitment, and initiative
- Hands on mentality – you don’t freeze in front of challenges
- Enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges
- Reasonable command of English (spoken) and good command of German.
